Responsible for managing all the required graphic designs, putting the plan for the team to be tracked, and refining all projects and drafts. Brainstorm creative and outstanding ideas, and ensure that the design team is promoting the vision and guidelines given with the highest quality graphic designs.
Candidate responsibilities and duties:
- Create brand-new designs for brands based on clients’ specifications, needs, and brand image.
- Ensure that all materials ordered arrive according to the scheduled deadline and meet the criteria, shown up in the best form and fitting to obtain the maximum appeal.
- Meet the deadline given on each and every task given.
- Create a recording system for all creative assets, resources, art materials, special fonts, etc.
- Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance highest productivity and allocations.
- Coordinate with the entire graphic design department team members to get the best creative ideas, performance and deliverables.
- Supervise and monitor junior graphic designers, guide and mentor them to get their performance tracked, and evaluate them properly.
- Brainstorm concepts of design projects and put its action plan.
- Choose proper images, typographies, graphics and layouts for each project.
- Ensure the products created are user-friendly.
- Keep him/her updated with new trends and changes in the field & market.
- Handle reports with work process and submit it to the direct manager.
- Represent the company in meetings whenever needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Logo Design and Branding expertise
• Typography proficiency
• Experience in creating visually appealing designs
• Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
