Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the creative team in developing visual concepts for campaigns, social media, branding, and ads.

  • Supervise the execution of all creative assets (static, motion, video, and interactive).

  • Translate marketing strategies and briefs into strong visual storytelling.

  • Review and refine designs, ensuring top-tier creative quality and brand consistency.

  • Collaborate with account managers and performance teams to align visuals with campaign objectives and KPIs.

  • Stay up-to-date with global design trends, digital advertising formats, and emerging creative tools.

  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering innovation and growth within the team.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative or art direction role (preferably in a digital marketing agency).

  • Proven portfolio showcasing strong digital, branding, and campaign work.

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of social media design standards, motion graphics, and storytelling.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to balance creativity with business and marketing objectives.

  • Knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) is a plus.
