Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the creative team in developing visual concepts for campaigns, social media, branding, and ads.
Supervise the execution of all creative assets (static, motion, video, and interactive).
Translate marketing strategies and briefs into strong visual storytelling.
Review and refine designs, ensuring top-tier creative quality and brand consistency.
Collaborate with account managers and performance teams to align visuals with campaign objectives and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with global design trends, digital advertising formats, and emerging creative tools.
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering innovation and growth within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a creative or art direction role (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
Proven portfolio showcasing strong digital, branding, and campaign work.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media design standards, motion graphics, and storytelling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to balance creativity with business and marketing objectives.
Knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) is a plus.
