Community Management Specialist – MUST BE A SAUDI SPEAKER
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Respond to community inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned tone of voice.
- Flag crisis issues or complaints and coordinate with client teams to resolve them.
- Report on audience sentiment, recurring feedback, and engagement trends.
- Ensure all Arabic communication is aligned with Saudi dialect and cultural sensitivities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in social media moderation or community management.
- Native-level Arabic (Saudi dialect required); English proficiency preferred.
- Understanding of Saudi culture, internet trends, and audience behavior.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, or similar tools.
