Position Overview
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves developing effective digital marketing strategies, managing social media ads & Google Ads, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and brand voice. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also handle reporting, analytics, and contribute to creative campaign ideas that drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Manage social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Create and analyze detailed performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content supports campaign objectives.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to refine strategies.
Oversee budget management and allocate resources efficiently across channels.
Implement best practices in targeting, segmentation, and conversion tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
Stay up to date with new tools, features, and innovations in digital marketing.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Skills & Expertise:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Solid background in digital strategy development and campaign management.
Hands-on experience with social media ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and performance measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
Strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
