Position Overview
Responsible for overseeing all required graphic design tasks, developing and tracking the team’s creative plan, and refining all projects and drafts. This role involves brainstorming outstanding ideas, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and brand guidelines, and delivering the highest-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Create original designs tailored to clients’ specifications, brand identity, and needs.
Ensure all ordered materials are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and are presented in the most appealing way.
Consistently meet deadlines for every assigned task.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive archive of creative assets, resources, art materials, and special fonts.
Manage and optimize production resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with the entire graphic design team to generate innovative ideas and deliver exceptional results.
Supervise and mentor junior designers, monitor their performance, and provide constructive evaluations.
Brainstorm design concepts, create actionable project plans, and ensure smooth execution.
Select appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts for each project.
Ensure all design outputs are user-friendly and meet usability standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and developments in the design industry and market.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the direct manager.
Represent the company in meetings and presentations when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Skills & Expertise:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong skills in graphic design, branding, logo design, and typography
Experience creating visually appealing, impactful designs
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
