Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Intern to join our growing team. You will assist in managing daily communications with leads and clients, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tech-driven sales and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism.
* Follow up on leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Assist in approaching potential clients, pitching DGhat’s offerings, and explaining bundle options.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
* Maintain and update CRM records with new leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.
* Support in preparing reports, customer insights, and pipeline updates.
* Participate in weekly sales meetings and brainstorm on new outreach ideas.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Strong interpersonal and phone etiquette skills.
* Interest in digital marketing or technology-driven services.
* Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and willing to learn CRM tools.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Positive attitude, eager to learn, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
* Previous experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
