The case in one view

Challenge → strategy → channels → measurable result.

The campaign improved by reducing unnecessary complexity and following the strongest conversion signal.

01 · Challenge

Turn awareness into direct sales

The brand had historically sold through distributors and needed its own ecommerce channel to deliver EGP 500,000 in Ramadan sales.

02 · Strategy

Follow the conversion signal

Digitology rebuilt product-led creative, reduced restrictive targeting and optimized around landing-page activity that was producing sales.

03 · Channels

Meta Ads + ecommerce

Performance creative, traffic optimization, Advantage+ delivery and the brand’s direct ecommerce journey worked as one system.

04 · Result

EGP 849,445 at 34.79× ROAS

The campaign exceeded the sales target while using less than half of the planned media budget.

Strategy and execution

What changed inside the campaign.

The team treated early performance as evidence, not noise, and rebuilt the account around the path producing real purchases.

  1. Read the anomaly

Traffic campaigns were generating sales while conversion campaigns were not. That behavior became the signal for the new plan.

  2. Rebuild the creative

Products became the visual focus, supported by stronger brand recognition and urgency cues designed for the Ramadan buying window.

  3. Shorten the purchase journey

Optimization shifted from clicks to landing-page views so media delivery was closer to meaningful site engagement.

  4. Remove restrictive targeting

Advantage+ was allowed to find buyers with less manual constraint. The campaign surpassed the full sales target in the same day after the shift.

Proof with context

The result means more because the target is visible.

The campaign did not simply report a large return. It started with a defined budget, sales target and ROAS goal, making the result easier to evaluate.

The actual EGP 849,445 in sales equals approximately 1.70 times the EGP 500,000 sales target. The published campaign record also states that less than half of the planned budget was used.

Evidence note: the client remains anonymized. Campaign figures are taken from Digitology’s published Ramadan 2026 case study; ratios shown here are calculations from those stated figures.
