Account Management Internship

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Account Management team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to client servicing, pitching, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support account managers in handling day-to-day client communication
  • Assist in preparing pitches, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Attend client meetings and help document key discussions and next steps
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Track project progress and follow up on timelines and deliverables
  • Help manage client feedback and translate it into actionable internal briefs
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and updates

What You Must Be Comfortable With

  • Speaking and presenting in client meetings (with support initially)
  • Writing clear and structured communication for clients and internal teams
  • Working with multiple stakeholders and managing fast-changing priorities
  • Handling feedback, revisions, and sometimes challenging client expectations
  • Staying organized while managing several tasks at once
  • Working in a collaborative, high-speed environment
