We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Account Management team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to client servicing, pitching, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support account managers in handling day-to-day client communication
- Assist in preparing pitches, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Attend client meetings and help document key discussions and next steps
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track project progress and follow up on timelines and deliverables
- Help manage client feedback and translate it into actionable internal briefs
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and updates
What You Must Be Comfortable With
- Speaking and presenting in client meetings (with support initially)
- Writing clear and structured communication for clients and internal teams
- Working with multiple stakeholders and managing fast-changing priorities
- Handling feedback, revisions, and sometimes challenging client expectations
- Staying organized while managing several tasks at once
- Working in a collaborative, high-speed environment
