The default values are an illustrative scenario, not Digitology results or Egypt market benchmarks. For a location- and keyword-specific estimate, use Google Keyword Planner.
Calculator formulas
How the Google Ads budget calculator works.
Every result is derived from the values you enter. The calculator does not access your Google Ads account, predict auctions or store your information.
Traffic model
Turn the monthly media budget and average CPC into an estimated number of paid clicks.
Clicks = media budget ÷ CPCLead model
Apply landing-page conversion rate to calculate leads and media cost per lead.
Leads = clicks × conversion rateCustomer model
Apply the sales close rate, then include support costs for a blended acquisition cost.
CAC = total marketing cost ÷ customersProfit model
Use revenue and gross margin to estimate contribution after media and support costs.
Net = revenue × margin − total costGoogle budget rules
Why monthly budget is divided by 30.4.
Google Ads asks for an average daily budget. For most campaigns, the monthly spending limit equals the average daily budget multiplied by 30.4.
Monthly amount ÷ 30.4
A monthly media plan of EGP 30,400 corresponds to an average daily campaign budget of EGP 1,000. Read Google’s average daily budget guidance.
Up to 2× on an individual day
For most campaigns, Google may spend up to twice the average daily budget on a high-opportunity day, while staying within the monthly spending limit. Read Google’s spending-limit guidance.
Use the exact keywords and Egypt location
Keyword Planner forecasts clicks, impressions, CTR, average CPC and cost using the selected terms, match types, budget, location and seasonality. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees.

Which number should decide your Google Ads budget?
Use CPC to estimate traffic, but make the final decision with the metric closest to revenue and profit.
| Metric | What it answers | What can mislead you | Better decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Average CPC | How much might each paid click cost? | Cheap clicks may have weak buying intent. | Compare CPC with conversion rate and revenue per customer. |
| Cost per lead | How much media spend creates one inquiry? | Not every form or WhatsApp conversation is qualified. | Track cost per qualified lead and contact rate. |
| Customer acquisition cost | What does it cost to acquire a paying customer? | Media-only CAC can hide agency, creative and page costs. | Use blended CAC and compare it with gross contribution. |
| ROAS | How much revenue is generated per pound spent? | Revenue can look strong while margins remain weak. | Compare ROAS with break-even ROAS and contribution profit. |
| Net contribution | What remains after cost of goods and marketing? | Attribution and repeat revenue may be incomplete. | Reconcile Google Ads, analytics, CRM and finance data. |

The calculator becomes more useful as estimates are replaced by real campaign, analytics, CRM and finance data.
Google Keyword Planner
Use a relevant keyword list, Egypt targeting, correct language, match types and forecast dates. Google says forecasts are refreshed daily, use recent data and account for seasonality.
Landing page and analytics
Use the percentage of paid sessions that complete the actual conversion event. Keep phone, form, purchase and WhatsApp definitions consistent.
CRM and finance
Use qualified opportunities, closed customers, realized revenue and gross margin. Google recommends assigning conversion values to understand business impact and optimize around value.

FAQ
Google Ads budget questions
Practical answers for planning a paid-search budget in Egypt.
How do I calculate a Google Ads daily budget?
For most campaigns, divide the monthly media budget by 30.4. For example, EGP 30,400 per month corresponds to an average daily budget of EGP 1,000. Google may spend more or less on individual days while pacing toward the monthly limit.
Can Google spend more than my daily budget?
For most campaigns, the daily spending limit can be up to twice the average daily budget. Google states that the monthly spending limit for most campaigns remains 30.4 times the average daily budget.
How much should I spend on Google Ads in Egypt?
Start with the number of qualified clicks or conversions needed, the Keyword Planner CPC forecast, the landing-page conversion rate and the maximum acquisition cost your margins allow. There is no single budget that fits every Egyptian market or industry.
Is the calculator a Google Ads forecast?
No. It is a transparent mathematical scenario based on the inputs you provide. Use Google Keyword Planner for keyword and location forecasts, then replace estimates with actual account, CRM and finance data.
What is a good Google Ads ROAS?
A good ROAS exceeds the company’s break-even level and produces enough contribution profit after product, fulfilment, agency, creative and sales costs. With a 50% gross margin, the media-only break-even ROAS begins at 2.0x before other expenses.
Why is blended acquisition cost higher than media CPA?
Media CPA includes advertising spend only. Blended acquisition cost also includes the support costs entered in the calculator, such as management, creative or landing-page work.
Can Digitology validate my calculator inputs?
Yes. Digitology can review the keyword forecast, campaign structure, conversion tracking, landing page, lead quality, CRM close rate and revenue assumptions before recommending a budget.
A calculator gives you a scenario. A clean account gives you evidence.
Digitology can validate your demand forecast, conversion path and acquisition economics before you commit or scale a Google Ads budget.
